1. New Meadowlands Flea Market – East Rutherford, NJ

Situated in East Rutherford, New Jersey, New Meadowlands Flea Market is an outdoor flea market that offers free admission and free parking.

The market boasts hundreds of vendors that offer over a thousand unique and interesting items for sale.

This market is open year-round, every Saturday from 8 AM to 4 PM.

You can find it in Bergen County, located in the Meadowlands Sports Complex, Lot J.

The market was initially established in 1991 but was put under new management in 2010.

It features hundreds of merchants and offers patrons a wide selection of food, merchandise, entertainment, and games.

If it is a bargain you are looking for, then you may just find it at this venue.

The Meadowlands Sports Complex is conveniently located at the meeting point of the New Jersey Turnpike and Route 3.

In addition, there are buses and train services running from New Jersey and New York to this venue. 

There are a few loyal vendors and new vendors are frequently added.

What is great about this market is that they control and monitor how many vendors are able to sell the same items.

This means that you can expect a wide variety without experiencing the repetition of seeing the same items over and over again.

2. Asbury Park Punk Rock Flea Market – Asbury Park, NJ

The Asbury Park Punk Rock Flea Market is located in Asbury Park, New Jersey.

This market is hosted three times a year in the Convention Hall.

It features a curated selection of original and authentic merchandise from over 125 vendors.

Items you may expect to find at this market include vintage clothing, handmade jewelry, vinyl records, and music equipment, interesting artwork, antiques, and collectables.

You may expect to find a bargain or six when shopping at this venue.

And, the market offers so much more than just vendors with macabre, unique, and unusual items on the main floor of the Convention Hall. 

Shoppers can expect to be entertained by local bands and musicians on the upstairs floor with a majestic view overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.

There is a fully stocked bar that offers a wide selection of alcoholic beverages.

Kids under 10 are admitted free and while shoppers are permitted to walk their furry friends through the arcade, they are unfortunately not allowed in the Convention Hall, with the exception of certified assist animals that wear their credentials. 

The venue offers specialty cocktail lounges, acclaimed restaurants, art galleries, a pinball hall, and, of course, the beautiful beaches just outside the venue.

Admission is between $5 – $10 and the venue is open on Sunday from 10 AM to 5 PM.

3. Berlin Farmer’s Market – Berlin, NJ 

Berlin Farmer’s Market is situated in Berlin, New Jersey and operates Wednesday to Saturday from 9 AM to 8 PM and on a Sunday from 9 AM to 6 PM.

This is an indoor and outdoor venue that boasts an astonishing 13,000+ foot traffic per week. 

The market boasts over 700 lots with new vendors being added frequently.

Fresh produce is readily available at this market straight from the farm and prices are very reasonable.

In addition, the market allows yard sales.

Senior citizens and military officials get special discounts at the market and weekly e-coupons sweeten the deal for many shoppers.

Shoppers may expect to find a large selection of used and new merchandise including delicious, freshly baked goodies, sports equipment, kids’ toys, custom jewelry, antiques, collectables, clothes, and candy, fresh, local produce, flowers, and plants, to mention a few things.

The market also features a beer garden where shoppers can try out craft beer, as well as hosting special events at the venue. 

4. Neshanic Flea Market – Neshanic Station, NJ

Neshanic Flea Market is located in Branchburg, New Jersey and runs in conjunction with the Neshanic Station Car Show.

The flea market is open from March through October from 7:30 AM to 1:00 PM.

Shoppers should be aware that the market, an outdoor event, is weather dependent and shoppers should always check out their website or Google to confirm if they will be open.

The market is located on 111 Elm Street. You will see it at the foot of the Neshanic Station Bridge in Branchburg.

Shoppers are spoiled of choice with a vast selection of arts and crafts, electronics, games, videos, jewelry, clothing, toys, books, tools, housewares, antiques, collectables, and memrobilia. 

In addition to this, you may find fresh produce, eggs, honey, and other homemade items such as baked goods, as well as a variety of food trucks serving hot, grilled breakfast sandwiches, hamburgers, hot dogs, empanada, snacks, and hot and cold beverages.

The great news is that there is free admission and lots of free parking for patrons. 

The market also collects food and cash donations for the Somerset County Food Pantry.

All donations are welcome.

Furthermore, there is a prayer tent, hosted by the Neshanci United Methodist Church sponsors from 10 AM to noon at every fleamarket event. 

5. Collingwood Auction & Flea Market – Farmingdale, NJ

Collingwood Auction & Flea Market is located in Farmingdale, New Jersey.

It operates year-round on Friday through Sunday from 8 AM to 5 PM.

It is conveniently located on over 25 acres of land in the heart of New Jersey.

Keep in mind that holiday hours are usually listed at the bottom of their website and shoppers should check for dates and times in the event that these differ from the standard days and times. 

The market boasts over 500 outdoor merchants and over 100 indoor tables and booths.

6. Cowtown Flea Market – Pilesgrove, NJ

Cowtown Flea Market is located in Southern New Jersey in Pilesgrove and operates twice a week on Tuesday’s and Saturday’s, only from 8 AM to 4 PM.

This is an indoor/outdoor farmers market and flea market that was first established in 1926.

They feature an indoor facility that is heated with over 400+ vendors offering a unique shopping experience for patrons.

From May through September, the market hosts a rodeo.

7. Trenton Punk Rock Flea Market – Trenton, NJ

Trenton Punk Rock Flea Market, located in Trenton, New Jersey, operates on Saturday and Sunday from 10 AM to 5 PM, three times per year. 

This market is a DIY craft fair that embodies cultural celebration.

The fair features anything from vintage clothing, artwork, vinyl and cassettes for collection, artwork, taxidermy, collectables, antiques, horror memorabilia, comics, and so much more.

9. New Egypt Flea Market – New Egypt, NJ

Located in Plumsted Township, in Ocean County, New Egypt, New Jersey boasts one of the most unique shopping villages in this state.

The market operates year-round on Wednesdays and Sundays from 7 AM to 2 PM come rain or shine. 

Shoppers are in for a treat at this market.

From new to used merchandise, the market offers patrons a range of vendors that sell unique and interesting products from old collectable coins, music, and clothing, to hardware, household items, lawn equipment, and much more.

10. Manahawkin Flea Market

Manahawkin Flea Market, established in 1977, boasts over 80 vendors on 4 acres of land with indoor and outdoor vendors selling unique and interesting merchandise. 

The outdoor fleamarket runs from May 1st through December 31st and operates seven days a week.

Monday through Friday the market is open from 10 AM to 7 PM and Saturdays from 10 AM to 6 PM, and Sundays from 10:30 AM to 3 PM.

You can visit this market to experience delicious, freshly baked goods, to purchase a tuxedo or uniform, to purchase your weekly produce items, or to shop at one of the many health and beauty stalls.

There is a baby spa, a cheese shop, and a few restaurants that serve the most delicious food. 

The variety may not be as large as some of the other fleamarkets on this list, but this is by no means sub par to the previous listings.

In fact, shoppers rarely leave this fleamarket disappointed.
