Sparks Antiques and Collectibles Flea Market is in the northwest corner of the state, and closer to cities in Nebraska and Missouri than any city in Kansas.
Sparks is a rural community that is unincorporated, but twice a year it has more than 75,000 people flocking to its borders for this semi-annual flea market focused on antiques and collectibles.
It has been in business since 1982 and will have more than 500 booths filled with people selling their wares.
There is vintage clothing, jewelry, art, books, coins, and baseball cards.
It is held the first weekend of May, and Labor Day weekend each year.

The Kan-Okla 100-mile
The Kan-Okla 100-mile highway sale is another event that has to be seen to be believed.
A loop of highways crossing Kansas and Oklahoma, and a corner of Missouri goes through many frontier towns with loads of history.
For one week each year, people along the route set up yard sales, and there are literally thousands of yardsales you could visit on this loop.

The Wichita Flea Market
The Wichita Flea Market has been in business for years, but in 2022 it will move to a new location at the Farha Sports Center on the south side of the city.
This one is open the first and third weekend of every month from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m.

The Super Flea
The Super Flea in Kansas City is another market that should be experienced.
It is very close to the state line, so both Kansas and Missouri claim the business.
Super Flea is downtown, and perhaps not in the best area.

Country Time in Coffeyville is in the southern part of the state and takes “country” seriously.

It is open every day except Sunday.
